Session 1: Personalized Assessment
We’ll take time to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. I’ll ask questions to explore your patterns, pain points, and goals—so I can fully grasp your situation with depth and nuance. This is a confidential meeting where you can really open up. Everything you say is protected by my privacy policy.
Session 2: Personalized Plan
After reflecting on everything you’ve shared, I’ll create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. It will draw from time-tested therapeutic approaches—both ancient and modern—to support meaningful, lasting change in your life. This includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Nonviolent Communication, Stoicism, Self-Compassion as conceived by researchers Kristen Neff PhD and Chris Germer PhD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Vedic psychology.
